Script installation
Move the script folder provided with the
firefighter mod archive you've downloaded to your GTA IV (or EFLC) directory located here:
·
PC version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV
·
Steam version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\grand theft auto iv
To launch the mod, make
sure you have the following files in your GTA IV (or EFLC) directory:
·
AdvancedHook.asi (you can find in the ELS mod folder);
·
ScriptHookDotNet.asi
& ScriptHook.dll: http://gtaforums.com/topic/392325-beta-gtaiv-net-scripthook/
If these files are missing you will get a "error in script: Fire" when launching the script
Equipment installation
To fully enjoy the mod, I recommend you to install the
real life equipment that comes with the Firefighter mod:
Using OpenIV or SparkIV, replace
the following game objects with the ones provided with the Firefighter mod archive you've downloaded:
·
Replace
“bm_pliers.wdr” located at: /data/maps/props/residential/details.img;
·
Replace “gb_gymmat01.wdr” located at: /data/maps/props/commercial/beauty.img;
·
Replace
“bm_spanner1.wdr” located at: /data/maps/props/residential/details.img;
Configure the .INI
Make
sure you assign the proper vehicles (according to your vehicle.img) for each
company, so you get accurate unit to spawn while playing.
You can also edit which key is
assigned to each function.
